Listing with Pitchr

How Pitchr helps venues
Pitchr is a booking platform that fills your pitches. You create a venue page and list your pitches; customers nearby find you, book a slot online and pay instantly. We handle the booking, take the payment and pay you monthly - so there's never any doubt a booking is confirmed and paid.
How do I list my venue?
List your venue in four easy steps: create your venue, add your pitch details, submit for review, and go live once we've approved you. You can start from the “List your venue” page.
What does it cost to list? What does Pitchr charge?
Listing is free. On each booking, the customer pays a £1.50 booking fee (that's ours), and we take a commission on your pitch price. Our standard commission is 10% - but list with Pitchr before 1 October 2026 and you're a founding venue on just 5%, locked in for as long as you stay listed with us. You keep the rest, after the card-processing cost on that booking. There are no monthly or upfront fees.
What's the founding venue offer?
Every venue that goes live on Pitchr before 1 October 2026 joins as a founding venue on a reduced 5% commission instead of our 10% standard rate. It's a lifetime rate - we keep you at 5% for as long as your venue stays continuously listed with us, including when we move to our full venue agreement. Venues joining from 1 October 2026 are on the standard 10%.
What's the minimum I can charge?
Pitch prices start at £10.00 per hour.
What price does the customer see?
Customers always see the all-in price - your pitch price plus the £1.50 booking fee - shown up front. Your commission is taken from the price you set, and only once the booking has gone ahead - it's never added on top of the customer's price.

Getting paid

How and when do I get paid?
Monthly. At the start of each month we total your completed bookings from the previous month and send a single payout to your bank via Stripe. Your payout is your pitch takings minus your commission (5% for founding venues, 10% standard) and the actual card-processing cost - all itemised for you in your dashboard.
What payment details do I need to set up?
You'll connect a Stripe account during onboarding (it's quick) so we can pay you. Stripe verifies your identity and bank details - this is required before you can receive payouts.
What happens if a customer disputes a payment?
If a card payment is disputed and lost after you've already been paid for it, the amount is balanced against your next payout. It's all transparent in your financials.

Going live & managing your listing

How long until my venue goes live?
After you submit, we review your venue and verify your details before approving it. We'll email you as soon as you're live, which is usually within 24 hours.
Why do you verify venues?
To keep Pitchr trustworthy for customers, we check that every venue is genuine and its details are accurate before it goes live. Checks may involve us ringing the venue to verify the submission.
Can I change my listing after it's live?
Yes. Changes to your photos, description, prices or pitch details are reviewed before they go live, so customers always see accurate, approved information - your current listing stays up until the change is approved. Availability and opening hours update instantly, so you're always in control of your schedule.
How many photos can I add?
Between 1 and 4 per venue - we recommend 3.
How do I manage availability?
From your dashboard, instantly. Block out times or set opening hours whenever you need - these changes take effect immediately.

Bookings, cancellations & your team

What happens when a customer cancels?
Customers can cancel for a full refund provided there's more than 24 hours until the booked slot; within 24 hours they can't. When a booking is cancelled, Pitchr covers the refund and the card costs - there's nothing for you to do.
Can I cancel a booking myself?
Yes, from your dashboard. The customer is refunded in full and notified automatically. Cancelled bookings aren't paid out.
Can I have more than one venue or pitch?
Yes - one account can manage multiple venues, and each venue can have multiple pitches, each with its own hourly price.
Can I add my team?
Yes. You can invite staff with read-only access to view bookings, while admins manage pitches, prices, availability, finances and settings.
Are there terms for listing?
Yes - when you submit your venue you accept the Pitchr Venue Agreement, which covers commission, payouts, and how bookings and cancellations work.
