Founding venue offer
Pay 0% commission until 1 January 2028
Go live on Pitchr before 1 January 2027 and you’re a founding venue: we take no commission on any booking you take before 1 January 2028. After that you’re on our standard 10%, the same as everyone else.
What that’s worth
On a £50 pitch you keep £49.03 instead of £44.03 - that’s £5.00 more on every booking, every week, until 1 January 2028.
Our commission is 0%. The £0.97 in the middle is what the card company charges to take the payment - we pass it on at cost and add nothing to it.

Closes 1 January 2027 - 83 days left. Venues going live after that are on the standard 10%.
We handle refunds for you
Cancellations and refunds are managed by us - not you. Customers can cancel for a full refund only up to more than 24 hours before kick-off; inside 24 hours they can’t. When a booking is cancelled, Pitchr covers the refund and the card costs, so there’s nothing for you to chase or pay back. You can also cancel on a customer’s behalf from your dashboard whenever you need to. This helps us manage refund policies consistently for every venue on Pitchr.
