Tell us about your venue, where it is, what its facilities are like and what makes it the best place to play football.

Add your pitches
Upload your pitches - with prices, sizes and photos - to bring in new players.

Submit for review
Once you're happy with your pitch and venue details, submit for review and a member of the Pitchr team will check your application within 24 hours.

Go live
Once approved, you'll appear on the main site for players to find, view and book your pitches.

We handle refunds for you

Cancellations and refunds are managed by us - not you. Customers can cancel for a full refund only up to more than 24 hours before kick-off; inside 24 hours they can’t. When a booking is cancelled, Pitchr covers the refund and the card costs, so there’s nothing for you to chase or pay back. You can also cancel on a customer’s behalf from your dashboard whenever you need to. This helps us manage refund policies consistently for every venue on Pitchr.
