Cookie Policy
Last updated 6 August 2026
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pitchr uses them in two categories: strictly-necessary cookies, which the service cannot work without and which don’t require consent, and analytics cookies, which we set only if you accept them.
Strictly-necessary cookies
- Sign-in session - keeps you securely signed in while you use Pitchr.
- Consent record (
pitchr_consent) - remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again. - Security - short-lived cookies that protect forms and sign-in against cross-site request forgery.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used and improve it. These cookies are set by Google:
_ga- distinguishes visitors (expires after 2 years)._ga_<container>- keeps session state for Google Analytics (expires after 2 years).
No analytics cookies are set until you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, none are set. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is used and shared.
Changing your choice
You can at any time - the banner will reappear so you can accept or reject analytics. You can also clear cookies through your browser settings, though clearing strictly-necessary cookies may stop you signing in or booking.
